Prashant Vatsa

Prashant Vatsa has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Prashant is currently serving as the Director of Software & Data Engineering at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd since February 2022. In this role, they are responsible for driving outcomes that balance technology roadmap, engineering excellence, and timely delivery. Prashant also coaches and mentors high-performing architects and engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge while building a high-growth and inclusive culture.

Prior to this, Prashant was the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd from August 2019 to February 2022. Before joining RATESDOTCA Group Ltd, they worked as a Manager of Digital Development at Bond Brand Loyalty from August 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they managed a team of .Net developers, analysts, and project managers, ensuring high-quality delivery for clients and providing digital support and guidance.

Prashant also has experience working as a Technology Lead at CAA Club Group of companies in 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Atos Syntel, including Manager of Software Development from September 2014 to January 2018, Technical Architect from April 2011 to September 2014, Technical Lead from August 2008 to April 2011, and Software Engineer from September 2005 to August 2008.

Throughout their career, Prashant has demonstrated expertise in software development, technical leadership, system design, and project management. Prashant is skilled at defining and managing software development processes, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering successful digital solutions.

Prashant Vatsa obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), Scrum Certification For Web Developers, Scrum Master Accredited Certification, and Microsoft Certified Software Engineer.
