Clay Markham

Clay Markham is a highly experienced Architect specializing in Hospitality and Mixed-Use design, currently serving as Principal at RATIO Design since September 2023. With a career spanning over four decades, Markham has held significant leadership roles, including Principal-Hospitality Sector Leader for the Americas & APAC at CallisonRTKL and Director of Hospitality at DFD CornoyerHedrick. Early career experience includes serving as President of The Markham Group and Senior Project Designer at Steelman Partners, where Markham led notable projects like the JW Marriott Las Vegas and Greektown Casino. Markham began the architectural journey at Tulane School of Architecture, earning a Master of Architecture degree.
