Perry Narancic

Perry Narancic has a strong background in technology industry law. Perry worked as a Principal at LexAnalytica, PC, where they provided intellectual property and corporate law counseling and litigation services to clients in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, they served as a Director of Legal Affairs at Verity, Inc. and as a General Counsel at iManage, Inc., both NASDAQ-listed software companies. Perry also gained experience as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
