Tom Preece has extensive experience in business development and information governance, highlighted by roles at SiteLogic and Rational Enterprise. As a Business Development Manager at SiteLogic, responsibilities included expanding the client base and managing key client relationships in the litigation support sector. At Rational Enterprise, Preece held several positions, including Director of Information Governance Solutions, where the implementation of Kanban project management led to significant improvements in client service delivery and internal efficiency. Prior to that, as Director of Pre-Sales, Preece facilitated customer engagement and supported proposal development processes.
