Rob Bowley

Rob Bowley is a strategic technology advisor, portfolio CTO/CPTO/COO, coach, and mentor based in Manchester. They currently serve as a fractional CPTO/COO at ECO Surv and SYNTHO, and as a fractional CTO for multiple organizations such as Financielle and My First Five Years. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Rob previously held positions including VP Engineering at Masabi and Head of Digital Technology at The Co-op. They are also involved in mentoring and advising early-stage tech start-ups through various programs and serve on advisory boards for organizations like Manchester City Council and the Manchester Tech Festival. Rob holds a degree in Business and Quality Management from Nottingham Trent University.
