Brendon Land is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in managing and directing operations across various sectors, particularly in commercial kitchen appliances and water treatment industries. Currently serving as Managing Director for RATIONAL AG in the UK and Ireland since July 2022, Brendon has previously held significant roles including General Manager for Honeywell Building Technologies in the UK and Nordics, and Joint Managing Director at Fluidra, where responsibilities included overseeing global business leadership and leading merger integrations. Brendon also served as Managing Director for Zodiac Group in South Africa, focusing on turnaround strategies, and was General Manager for ADI Global Distribution in the Middle East and Africa, driving operational revitalization. Earlier career achievements include establishing Samsung Semiconductor Division in Southern Africa as Country Manager. Brendon pursued studies in accounting and business management at the University of South Africa and the University of the Witwatersrand.
