Chang (Lock) LYU is currently serving as MD China at RATIONAL AG, where their extensive expertise as a CFO and business leader is on full display. They have previously held key positions in various organizations, including Head of Controlling at SKF Group and multiple roles at Philips, where they managed finance and controlling functions across different business units. Chang earned an MSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Finance from Renmin University of China, demonstrating a strong academic foundation to complement their hands-on experience in finance and strategic management. A devoted mentor, they are also recognized for their deep understanding of B2B business models and cross-cultural dynamics in the APAC region.
