Dieter Granson currently serves as the Western Canadian Corporate Chef at RATIONAL AG since July 2021, having previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at RATIONAL Canada from March 2019 to July 2021. Dieter's career also includes roles as Chef Instructor at ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen, Executive Chef at Midtown Kitchen and Bar, and Junior Sous Chef at Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts. Additional culinary experience encompasses positions as Sous Chef at Grumans Catering & Delicatessen and Vintage Group, along with Line Cook roles at Muse restaurant Calgary and Metropolitan Grill. Dieter Granson holds a Red Seal certification in Food Preparation from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed between 2008 and 2010.
