Prior experience includes training coordination at Lufthansa and senior recruitment consultancy at YOU Global. Douriya holds a Joint Honors Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management with Psychology from Middlesex University Dubai and has completed advanced coaching certifications from Coach Trainer Akademie Schweiz.
