E. Can Mutluer

E. Can Mutluer is the Managing Director Türkiye at RATIONAL AG since 2025. Previously, they served as Country Manager at Fluke Reliability from 2021 to 2024 and held various roles at Siemens, including Head of Export Product Sales & Distributor Management and Business Development Manager for the Energy Management Division. E. Can also completed marketing and management internships at Mercedes Benz USA and Siemens Energy, respectively. They hold a B.Sc. and M.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, completing their studies in 2004 and 2005.
