Nikolas Bayer

Nikolas Bayer is a Data Scientist at RATIONAL AG since January 2025, previously serving as Manager of Strategic Projects at RATIONAL WITTENHEIM SAS from March 2024 to December 2024 and Project Lead at RATIONAL AG from March 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of a supplier relationship management system. Nikolas has also gained experience in data analytics during a tenure at BMW Group in 2020 and in quality management at PTV Group from 2016 to 2019. Beginning professional development in research and development at RATIONAL AG in 2014, Nikolas holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, completed in 2021 and 2018 respectively.
