Olivier Brion is currently the Directeur Grands Comptes at RATIONAL AG, where they focus on key account management in the catering sector. Prior to this, Olivier served as responsable développement régional at API restauration, managing commercial activities and team training. As co-founder of d'Jawa, they successfully launched an Indonesian fast-food concept in France, overseeing menu development and operational performance. Olivier's career began in finance as an assistant at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, and includes experience as a model with MAJOR MODEL MANAGEMENT. They earned a Master’s degree in International Business from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International (ESCI).
