Raphael Rill

Raphael Rill has a diverse background in engineering and management, with experience in both academic and professional settings. At Hochschule Landshut, Raphael worked on a bachelor's thesis in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. During tenure at RATIONAL AG from October 2018 to November 2020, Raphael held multiple roles, including Technical Trainee with a focus on Operational Excellence and Lean Management, as well as positions in production processes, research and development, and project management. Prior to this, Raphael gained practical experience as an intern at iwis, specializing in the Continuous Improvement Process.
