Simon Endres

Simon Endres is currently a Product Owner and Team Leader in Software R&D at RATIONAL AG, where they have been honing their skills since 2014. They also serve as an Agile Coach, supporting the rollout of agile project methodologies across the R&D department. Simon previously held positions as a Scientific Employee and Tutor at Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg, where they focused on product development and food processing technology. They gained initial experience as a Product Development Intern at Dr. Oetker in 2012. Simon is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and a Master of Science in Food Science, both at Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf and Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg, respectively.
