Nik Bouras is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various roles within the skincare and fashion industries. Beginning a career as a Creative at 3 Deep from 2011 to 2012, Nik transitioned to Senior Designer positions at RATIONALE SKINCARE and Grown Alchemist from 2013 to 2018 and 2018 to 2021, respectively. In 2021, Nik served as Art Director for Country Road Group before taking on the role of Head of Design at RATIONALE, where responsibilities have included leading design initiatives.
