Our firm has a staff of nearly forty professionals, representing a group of dynamic and professional lawyers. Our expertise involves almost all fields of business law. Our services do not just involve giving legal advice; we strive to help the work as strategic partners. We put a strong emphasis on providing a highly personalized and tailor made legal service that corresponds to the individual needs of our Clients.

Most of our colleagues have studied and/or practiced abroad, thus we understand the specifics of cross-border transactions and are able to provide legal advice in English, German, French, Russian and Chinese as well. We concentrate our energies mainly to Hungary but also beyond: the fast-developing markets of the CEE and SEE regions. Our lawyers have worked extensively in the region and have established a network of contacts with local law firms and other service providers, which leads to closer client relationships and a better working knowledge of regional jurisdictions.

Since its founding, RATKY & PARTNERS Attorneys advised a number of clients - mainly on a permanent basis - in various areas of law, including for example M&A; dispute resolution; insolvency & restructuring; finance and banking law; real estate transactions and development; construction; energy and utilities; competition; labour law; communications and IT; pharmaceuticals.
