Philippe Suarez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management, finance, and operations within the transportation and security sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at RATP Dev Mobility Cairo since November 2020, Philippe focuses on the Cairo Metro Line 3 and Cairo LRT Line projects, overseeing maintenance and operational management. As the Legal Representative for RATP Dev in Algeria, Philippe managed legal affairs for the Alger Metro and Algeria Tramways. Previous roles include interim General Manager of RATP El Djazair, General Manager and VP Country COO at Thales, where Philippe directed major civilian projects, and a series of financial leadership positions at Safran and Hermès, contributing to significant organizational restructurings and strategic initiatives.
