Sameh Shalabi

Sameh Shalabi is an experienced Planning and Scheduling Engineer currently employed at RATP Dev Mobility Cairo, where responsibilities include optimizing train service timetables and workforce management for the Cairo Metro Green Line 3. Prior to this role, Sameh worked as a Transport Planner at Mwasalat Misr, achieving a significant increase in bus trip execution rates. With a background in engineering, including internships at GSK and General Motors, Sameh has developed expertise in lean manufacturing principles, production scheduling, and operational data analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University.
