RATP Dev Transit London operates bus services in and around the capital on behalf of Transport for London. Private Hire and Commercial Services as well as Council route contracts complete the make up of our core business.

Drawing on the knowledge of our historical past and the expertise of our parent company RATP Dev, we are confident in our ability and committed to achieving our vision of becoming ‘London’s number one bus operator’.

Driven by People
As leading bus operators, we strive to provide a consistently high quality service and deliver what we say we will and on time.

We aim to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our multicultural, talented team is made up of individuals who possess the skills and expertise necessary to make a difference in today’s increasingly competitive public transport market.

Through encouragement and support for each other we look to develop effective working relationships to enable us to succeed as one team. Change is viewed as an excellent opportunity for continuous improvement and we are determined to deliver to a high standard everyday.

Our leadership team is open, transparent and honest and always look to actively engage colleagues to deliver to their full potential. We enable local managers and their teams to work independently and promote teamwork across the business by sharing best practice and good ideas. We believe that by actively learning from each other we can create an environment where we can make the most of our collective knowledge.
