Habib Oumbiche is currently the Operation Director for line 3 at RATP Dev Middle East. They have extensive experience in transportation management, having served as a Responsable Transport for the extension of the Paris metro line 11 and as an Operation Director at RATP Dev. Prior to that, they held the position of GMT at RATPgroup from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they were involved in the integration works for the extension of the metro line 1 in Algiers.
