Jose Frutuoso, FCILT, is an experienced Operations Director and Intelligent Transport System Advisor with a distinguished history of transforming public transportation networks in Saudi Arabia and the UK. Currently leading initiatives with SAPTCO & RATP Dev Group, they specialize in developing operational strategies and optimizing bus networks.
