Julian Sempere is an experienced performance manager with a robust background in the aviation and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the Middle East and North Africa BU deputy director at RATP Dev, Julian previously held various leadership roles, including project and development director, where they led critical initiatives. Prior to RATP Dev, Julian was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Safran, focusing on manufacturing projects, and held positions culminating in product support engineering for the LEAP-1B engine model. Julian earned their Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUPMECA and a Master’s degree in Dynamics of Structures and Coupled Systems from Ecole Centrale Paris.
