Mikel Oglesby

Mikel Oglesby is the General Manager at RATP Dev, overseeing Sun Tran in Tucson, which operates various public transit services and employs 900 staff. Previously, Mikel served as Executive Director of Transit for the City of Detroit, managing transportation and infrastructure policies to enhance community engagement and economic opportunity. Mikel has held leadership roles at notable agencies including the Southern Florida Regional Transportation Authority and SunLine Transit Agency, where they drove organizational improvements and fostered innovations in transit operations. Mikel's extensive experience is supported by a B.A. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
