Daniel Ruston has a diverse background in engineering and management, spanning over three decades in various high-profile organizations. From January 1996 to March 2000, Daniel worked at Thales Avionics as an Ingenieur Système for the DASH8 400Q avionics suite. At Groupe Renault, between June 2011 and December 2013, Daniel held multiple key roles, including Deputy VP of Process Engineering, synthesizing engineering for VelSatis, and leading post-sales engineering and instrumentation departments. Prior to this, Daniel served as project manager for development systems at Sextant Avionique from October 1990 to December 1995. More recently, Daniel was the Executive Vice-President and Deputy CEO of Akka Technologies France from April 2019 to September 2021, overseeing operations and management across several regions. As of April 2025, Daniel has taken on director roles in purchasing, logistics, strategy, performance, and institutional relations at RATPgroup. Daniel holds a degree in Génie Electrique from Ecole normale supérieure de Cachan.
