With a wide portfolio of residential, development and commercial projects both for both private clients and organisations. Specialist skills in design-led works in predominant areas of London such as Mayfair, Chelsea, Hampstead as well as works Hampshire and South Wales.

Experience in new-build, complete refurbishments and extensions to Historic Listed Buildings and in sensitive areas such as AONBs and Conservation Areas. Works for developers vary from individual properties to 50 dwellings in a mixture of flats and houses coupled with mixed use development.
Budget conscious inspirational designs assist clients in embarking on their own 'Grand Designs' whether they are pursuing a self build route or project managed.  

The word  ' [ r a u m ] '  has roots in Scandinavian and German language which loosely translates to the English word room which does not have the same descriptive nature. 'raum' talks about what defines the space such as; the scale, materials, light, warmth, noise, essential that which defines the phenomenology of a space, the architecture.
