Tom de Wolf

Tom De Wolf has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Tom started their career at Invensys, where they served as a Lead Engineer for integration and package implementation projects. Tom then moved on to StayinFront as a Project Director, managing teams and overseeing Sales Force Automation projects for various clients. Tom later joined Oracle Belgium as a Principal Consultant, working on eBusiness Suite implementations in CRM and ERP for multiple customers.

After that, Tom joined General Electric as a Commercial Project Leader, where they optimized legacy CRM and introduced standardized processes across EMEA. Tom then transitioned to UTC Fire & Security, holding multiple roles including Commercial Project Leader, IT Operations Leader, and Manager EMEA Commercial Applications. In these roles, they focused on web presence, e-commerce, product catalog, marketing, and sales processes.

Tom's next position was as the Director of Business Applications at IKO Waterproofing and Insulation. Here, they provided leadership to business analysts, defined strategies and roadmaps, implemented technology support processes, and managed vendors.

Currently, Tom is working at Ravago as a Practice Lead for Supply Chain, Transportation, and CRM. Tom'sresponsibilities include managing agile teams, delivering high-quality software, stakeholder management, and solution architecture.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, solution architecture, and vendor management. Tom has worked in international B2B contexts and has experience in various domains such as supply chain, transportation, CRM, and business applications.

Tom De Wolf completed their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven in the years 1987-1994. Prior to that, they attended Onze-Lieve-Vrouwecollege from 1980 to 1987, focusing on Sciences, Mathematics, and Languages.
