Sep Bogdan

Sep Bogdan has extensive work experience in finance and control roles. Sep served as the Chief Financial Officer at RAVAS Mobile Weighing starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Forbo Flooring Systems from 2019 to 2023 as the Finance Director Benelux, leading finance and control activities for the Benelux region. Sep also held various roles at ABB, including Finance Integration Manager for intrion from 2018 to 2019, Division Controller for Power Grids Benelux from 2017 to 2019, and Division Controller for Robotics and Motion Benelux from 2013 to 2019. Before joining ABB, they worked as the Group Controller at IHC Merwede from 2011 to 2013, and as an Advisor Transaction Services and Transfer Pricing Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2005 to 2011. Sep Bogdan's expertise lies in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial integration, and operational excellence.

Sep Bogdan received their education from several institutions. In 1993, they attended De Klop and completed their VWO. From 1996 to 1997, they attended Bonifatius and obtained another VWO degree. Afterwards, they attended Dominicus College from 1997 to 1999 and received a VWO degree. In 1999, they enrolled in Tilburg University and pursued a degree in International Business with a specialization in Strategy and Organisation, which they completed in 2005. Sep then furthered their education at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Executive Master of Finance and Control (Register Controller | RC). In 2015, they took a Change Management course at Vlerick Business School. In 2017, they attended IMD for the ABB Finance Leadership Program.
