Sex trafficking falls directly under Law Enforcement jurisdiction, however, with an already overburdened workload, lack of freedom, time, and suitable assets, Law Enforcement struggles to create the essential intelligence and operational procedures desired to exploit the sex trafficking criminal nexus.

Raven Cell’s mission is to assist members of LE, OGA & supporting NGO’s  detect Victims of the human trafficking underground while thwarting cruel intentions of the Criminal Predator.
