Raven provides a reliable infrastructure to manage all customer communication in one place. A single API delivers notifications across Push Notifications, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Voice, In-App, Slack etc with any provider like Twilio, MessageBird, MSG91, Kaleyra etc. This saves tons of engineering time and helps you build great notification experiences for customers.

You get a 360 degree view of all communication in one place and can optimize the best channel to reach out to a user.
Manage all your templates at one place and edit/preview them directly from the dashboard.
Retry/Fallback rules let you handle message delivery failures and make sure that your messages reach your users by using multiple channels and providers.
We aim to make lives of developers and product managers easy so that they can focus on what they are building.
