Deshaun Smith

Deshaun Smith is an Associate Producer at Raven Software since January 2022, where responsibilities include processing and tracking Warzone VO requests, coordinating MP narrative, overseeing bug tracking and tasking across multiple projects, and reporting feature progress to studio leadership. Previously held the role of Production Coordinator at Raven Software, managing task delegation and serving as a point of contact for various teams while overseeing animation and technical animation initiatives in Warzone. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Starcom focused on investment for Bank of America, as a Sales Lead at Comcast where leadership resulted in top district performance, and as a Senior Team Lead at T-Mobile guiding a high-performance sales team. Deshaun began the career as a Sales Associate at Best Buy and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Full Sail University, completed in 2021.
