Ted P.

Ted P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Ted started their career at CRS Online, where they worked as a System Administrator & Developer from 1993 to 1996. Ted was responsible for supervising technical support agents, managing a file conversion project, and administering a Novell network.

Afterwards, Ted joined Symantec in 1997 and held multiple positions within the company. Ted started as a Product Support Analyst and gradually progressed to become a Trainer/Developer, Principal Learning Consultant, and Learning Administrator/Web Developer. Ted contributed to web and application development, provided support for a corporate training website, and conducted research and development into content management technologies.

In 2011, Ted joined VMware as a Sr. Project Manager/Sr. Web Manager. Ted'sresponsibilities included developing and managing systems and tools for the Global Field and Partner Readiness organization. Ted played a key role in driving enablement programs to enhance the skills and proficiency of field employees in knowledge, tools, and sales.

Ted then transitioned to Google in 2017, where they served as a Learning Technologies Solutions Lead / Program Consultant until 2019. Ted focused on learning technology solutions and acted as a program consultant.

Currently, Ted is working at Raven360. Ted started as a Technical Implementation Manager in 2019 and was later promoted to the role of Director Solutions Engineering in September 2020. Details of this role are ongoing and will be updated later.
