The Ravenna Technopole, with its four sites located at the Science Campus and the former nursery buildings of the University Campus of Ravenna, the Torricelli Science and Technology Park in Faenza, and the Research Center for Environment, Energy and Sea in Marina di Ravenna, provides access to eight industrial research laboratories equipped with advanced expertise and state-of-the-art facilities to support companies’ research and innovation capabilities.

Within the Technopole, there are two business incubators, one co-working space, and multifunctional areas dedicated to networking, knowledge sharing, and matching supply and demand for both basic and industrial research.

The main sectors of focus of the Technopole include energy and energy efficiency, environmental protection and circular economy, nautical industries, innovative, composite and ceramic materials, as well as the restoration of historical and artistic heritage, and workplace safety and health.

The managing entity of the Ravenna Technopole is Fondazione Flaminia, through its Innovation Center – CIFLA, which has been accredited to the High Technology Network since 2015.
