Carlos M. has extensive work experience in the IT field. Carlos began their career in 2008 as a Web Developer for ServiWeb 3181 C.A. In 2009, they worked as a Programmer Analyst for Smart Realtor C.A. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a SysAdmin - Network Architect and SysAdmin - Deployment Lead for the Archivo General de la Nación Francisco de Miranda. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Senior SysAdmin for XILON Solutions. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior SysAdmin for SIVSA (PSA Peugeot Citroën). In 2017, they began working as a CyberSecurity Lead and Senior Cloud Computing Engineer for RavenPack. Carlos specializes in ELK Stack, AWS SysAdmin, OnPrem and Cloud Network Architecture, Security research and pentesting audit, and IT automation and continuous improvement.

Carlos M. is currently pursuing a double degree in CyberSecurity, Ethical Hacking and Offensive Security from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes and EIP International Business School, which they began in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a T.S.U in Informática from Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Venezuela in 2011. Carlos M. also holds a number of certifications from a variety of institutions, including MikroTik, Yo Reparo Academy, Centro de Formación Folgado, NALLAM, EOI Escuela de Organización Industrial, Smartmind, Albet S.A., ESET Latinoamérica, Latinux Inc, and Microsoft.
