David McNeil

David McNeil has over 20 years of experience in the field of network engineering and solutions architecture. David started their career as a Network Systems Consultant at Lucent Technologies, where they worked on troubleshooting the Citicorp network. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at Callisma as a Senior Network Engineer, leading the Army project at the Pentagon and working on pre-sales design engineering. David then joined SMS in 2004 as a Senior Network Engineer, where they led a Networking/SAN project supporting the Pentagon. In 2006, David worked independently as a Senior Network Engineer for SMS Data Products, consulting on a wireless project for the United States Postal Service. David also worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Convergence Technologies, leading a research and development project supporting the Air Force Surgeon General. In 2007, David worked as a Senior Network Engineer for Terrestar Networks as an independent consultant, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the corporate network and Cisco VoIP monitoring and troubleshooting. From 2009 to 2016, they served as the VP of Engineering at Nisga'a Data Systems, LLC. Currently, they are working as a Solutions Architect at RavenTek Business Group.

David McNeil attended Duke University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). David then pursued further education at Binghamton University School of Management from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.

In addition to their academic degrees, David McNeil also obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In December 2002, they earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2. Furthermore, in March 2000, they obtained the CCIE 5736 certification from Cisco.
