James Fleming

James Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. James started their career as an Analyst/Developer at Key3Media in 2000. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Developer Manager at Virtual Supply Chain Engineering. James then joined Stout, Causey & Horning, P.A. in 2003 as an Application Developer Manager, where they managed custom application development projects.

In 2005, James became the Director of IT at Rovion Inc., a leading provider of online media solutions. During their tenure there until 2008, they played a key role in bridging the gap between broadcast and broadband, enabling web sites to deliver compelling video messages.

From 2006 to 2007, James worked as a Technical Consultant at Winrock International, providing architectural design and development services. James served as an Application Architect, Lead Developer, and DBA, contributing to the replacement of legacy applications.

In 2008, James joined CJ2 Consulting as a Senior Technical Consultant until 2010. During this time, they acquired valuable experience in technical consulting.

In 2010, James joined Applied Information Sciences as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the development and management of a multi-year, multi-million-dollar project involving the conversion of a mainframe system to .NET. James also assumed the role of Developer Lead during the initial phase of the project.

Since 2018, James has been working at RavenTek as a Technical Project Manager II. James uses their expertise to manage projects and ensure their successful execution.

In addition to their professional roles, James also founded Fleming Consulting Group, LLC in 2011, where they showcased their entrepreneurial skills until 2013.
