Ryan Coleman

Ryan Coleman serves as Vice President of Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity Solutions at RavenTek since March 2020 and also holds a position at FalconTek focused on State and Local initiatives since December 2019. Previously, Ryan was Vice President of Sales at Zerion from January 2011 to March 2020 and Partner at RMC from September 2010 to December 2011, a firm specializing in connecting IT, Accounting, and Healthcare professionals with innovative organizations. Ryan was also a Partner at Global Catalyst Group, LLC from October 2008 to June 2010, focusing on peer collaboration and cross-sector partnerships. As Chief Executive Officer of Next Force, LLC from May 2007 to February 2009, Ryan specialized in recruiting and consulting to enhance corporate cultures. Additional experience includes a role in Business Development at the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce in 2007. Ryan holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary's University.
