Dave Carpenter

Dave Carpenter's work experience begins in 1994 as a Field Service Engineer at ABB Combustion Engineering, where they provided technical support for steam generating equipment.

From 1995 to 2009, they worked at Michigan CAT, starting as an Electric Power/Cogeneration Project Manager and eventually becoming the V.P./General Manager of the Power Systems Division. In this role, they had P&L responsibility for the division and managed a team of sales and technical support personnel.

From 2009 to 2012, Carpenter worked at Kossen Equipment, Inc. as the V.P. of Power System Sales, responsible for sales growth and managing a team of 20 sales and sales support personnel.

Dave then joined Taylor Power Systems in 2011 as the Director of Engineering & Technical Support before moving to OMNIMETRIX, LLC in 2012 as the Director of Sales Engineering & Development.

In 2014, Carpenter joined Yancey Bros. Co. as the Power Group Manager, a role they held until 2021.

Most recently, Carpenter has been working at RavenVolt since 2021, first as the V.P. of Operations and currently as the V.P. of Generation Services.

Throughout their career, Carpenter has demonstrated a strong background in power systems, sales, and technical support.

Dave Carpenter attended Lakeview High School from 1985 to 1989. Dave then went on to study Civil/Structural Engineering at Michigan State University, earning a B.S. degree from 1989 to 1994.
