Jon King

Jon King has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Battery Services at RavenVolt, a company that provides turnkey microgrid solutions. Prior to that, they served as the COO at Gather Grills and as a Business Acquisition Searcher at Big Cedar Holdings, LLC. Jon also held various positions at Dee Zee, Inc, including General Manager and Operations Manager. Before that, Jon worked at 3M as the Continuous Development Dept. Manager and at United Technologies as a Program Manager & Continuous Improvement Manager. Jon also worked as an MIT LGO Research Fellow at Sikorsky Aircraft and as the Founder & GM of Living Rock Manufacturing. Their earlier experience includes roles at Central Plastics Tianjin and McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst.

Jon King completed their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Jon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued further academic qualifications at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). From 2007 to 2009, they achieved a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at MIT. In parallel, they also attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained an MBA as part of the Leaders for Global Operations Fellowship program. Additionally, Jon King obtained the "Sales Management Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in January 2023.
