Rick Papaj P.e.

Rick Papaj, P.E., currently serves as the Transportation Group Manager and Code Enforcement Official at Ravi Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. since September 2019. Additionally, Rick has been a Home and Building Inspector at HomePro Inspections of Rochester NY since July 1996 and the President of Thornwood Contracting and Inspection, LLC since September 2001, specializing in various building inspections, including fire escape certifications for the City of Rochester. Prior to these roles, Rick retired from the New York State Department of Transportation in September 2019, where Rick worked as a Project Management Unit Supervisor and Local Project Liaison. Rick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, earned between 1981 and 1986.
