Callum MacBeth

Callum MacBeth is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Operations Manager at Ravio since March 2022, where the company provides data-driven compensation solutions for businesses. Previously, Callum held key roles, including Expansion Lead at Dija and Co-founder and COO at Genie Delivery, a digital convenience store acquired by Dija. In 2020, Callum co-founded the Healthcare Workers' Foundation and stopthespread.info, both pro bono initiatives aimed at supporting NHS workers and providing reliable COVID-19 information. Earlier in their career, Callum co-founded Ventoura, which was recognized as Best Mobile Service in Finland in 2015. Callum holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Griffith University (2010-2013).
