Ross Seychell

Ross Seychell serves as the Chief People Officer at Qualifyze, where responsibilities include developing and executing the people strategy aligned with company objectives. Currently, Ross also advises Northzone and MAZI while acting as an angel investor for Ben and Ravio. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Personio, contributing to significant company growth, and at Wise, supporting the rapid scaling of talent across multiple countries. Prior experience includes serving as VP People at King, managing global people strategy for over 2,500 employees. Ross holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from CIPD and a Diploma in Business Management & Languages from the University of Glasgow, alongside completing the Executive Leadership Programme at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
