Roy Blanga

Roy Blanga has had a long and successful career in the tech industry. In 2010, they began working at Groupon as International Vice President - Northern Europe and Managing Director. In 2015, they joined Deliveroo as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director International, where they set up and ran the business outside of the UK. In 2018, they became an investor at Orkestro. In 2019, they became an adviser to the CEO of carwow, a board member of Zava, and an advisory board member at Residently. In 2020, they became an advisor to the CEO of OSOME and a board member of Plum Guide. Finally, in 2021 they became a board member at Indie Campers, and in 2022 they founded and co-CEO'd Ravio, Europe's first real-time compensation benchmarking platform purpose-built for the tech industry.

Roy Blanga attended INSEAD from 2006 to 2007, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Laurea in Business and Economics.
