Wilson Griffiths has had a varied career in UI/UX design. In 2014, they co-founded Ventoura, followed by a role as a UI/UX designer at VisualDNA, A Nielsen Company in 2016. Wilson then moved to Nielsen in 2017, where they worked as a UI/UX designer. In 2020, Wilson co-founded two initiatives: Healthcare Workers' Foundation, a charity to support NHS workers across the UK, and Genie Delivery, a digital convenience store. Wilson also co-founded stopthespread.info, a volunteer, non-profit initiative to provide reliable, simple information about COVID-19. Currently, Wilson is the Founder and Lead Designer of Ravio, a company that helps companies figure out how much to pay their teams in salary, equity and benefits.
Wilson Griffiths attended the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) RTO 88021 from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained an Adv. Diploma of Digital Design and Animation. From 2011 to 2013, they studied Fine Arts at The Australian National University and earned a Bachelor's degree.
