Michael Sarabdial

Michael Sarabdial, CPA, CGA, is currently the Controller at RAVL and has over two decades of experience in finance and operations. They previously held the role of Director Finance - Controller at Pivotree, where they successfully led financial operations during the company’s IPO and streamlined post-acquisition integrations. Michael has a strong background in financial reporting, strategic planning, and process improvement, showcased by their ability to convert financial statements from ASPE to IFRS in four weeks and establish a shared services unit. They started their career as an intern at Klasner & Solomon and have progressively advanced through various finance roles, gaining expertise in corporate tax planning, M&A integration, and employee engagement. Michael holds credentials from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
