Grezzle D'silva

Grezzle D'silva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2006, Grezzle worked as a Software Developer at Agilisys, where they developed applications in Flash and .NET with database connectivity. In 2008, they joined Tata Interactive Systems as a Lead Software Engineer, managing a technical team and conducting research and development in various technologies. In 2013, Grezzle joined M&R Consultants Corporation (MRCC) as a Team Lead Technology, where they showcased expertise in technologies like .NET Framework, PHP, DRUPAL, and HTML5 CSS3. They then moved to LearningMate the same year, initially serving as a Project Manager and later progressing to the role of Project Lead. At LearningMate, Grezzle successfully handled projects worth millions of dollars with teams of over 30 members, consistently surpassing tight schedules and budget constraints. They were recognized for their performance annually and received the Best Manager of the Year Award. Lastly, in 2018, Grezzle joined Raw Engineering as a Lead Project Manager and eventually became the Director of Project Management in November 2021.

Grezzle D'silva completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology at Welingkar Institute of Management from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology (D.B.I.T) between 2000 and 2006.
