RAW Search is a small, intelligence‑led search firm focused on hedge funds and buy-side: PMs, traders, quant research and risk. We exist to reduce hiring noise, timing errors and credibility loss for clients and candidates. We don't run volume processes, chase roles or manufacture activity. Our advantage is judgement, timing and restraint - applied continuously, not just when a role appears.

Our founders bring over 30 years' combined experience building high-impact teams across banks, hedge funds, asset managers and fintechs - including earlier work with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas. Today we choose not to work with tier‑one banks, prioritising conflict-free access for senior talent into the buy side.
