Carter Smith

Carter Smith is an experienced Executive Producer at Raw TV since January 2022 and has been a self-employed Producer since July 2009. Smith holds a Diploma in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Vancouver Film School, completed in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from St. Andrews University, obtained in 2007.
