Michael Dombrowski

Michael Dombrowski has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career at Joy of the Game as a Head Basketball Coach, Head Skill Trainer, and Assistant Tournament Director from 2012 to 2016. Michael then worked at CDW as a Corporate Account Manager from 2015 to 2018. Michael also had a role as a Temporary Associate at Manpower from 2015 to 2017. Michael later joined Snap-on Credit as an Associate Account Manager in 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they owned and worked as a Head Trainer at D-SKI Basketball Training, providing elite and fundamental basketball training. In 2017, Michael also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Carthage College Men's Soccer team. From 2017 to 2022, they served as an Outside Sales Manager at Sportdecals, specializing in custom apparel and decals.

In 2019, Michael became Assistant Men's Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Carthage College. In 2021, they advanced to a Director of Operations role at LabCheck Connect. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations and Business Development at Rawcubes, starting in 2023.

Michael Dombrowski received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Carthage College. Michael attended Carthage College from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Johnsburg High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Michael also obtained certifications in Advanced Technical Training from United Soccer Coaches in March 2020, as well as a Grassroots 11v11 Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation, also in March 2020.
