Paul Rawlinson has over 25 years experience dealing with commercial property acquisitions and disposals in the UK and Europe. 

After 10 years experience as an agent in London Paul joined developer/investor DCP/Codic responsible for acquisitions and disposals. DCP/Codic had a development/investment programme of up to £500 million and Paul was a key deal maker in the UK and Continental Europe.

Paul was also managing director of Hillier Parker in southern Europe for a spell and has experience of all sectors of commercial property both as an agent and as an investor
