Luis Bejarano

Luis Bejarano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and lithography fields. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Raxium since September 2019, Luis combines strong electro/mechanical knowledge with troubleshooting and repair capabilities in semiconductor and LED process equipment. Prior to this role, Luis worked at Tokyo Electron as a Lead Senior Field Service Engineer from February 2000 to September 2019, where oversight of complex machine issues was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes project management at Santa Clara Sporting Club and positions at ASML and AMD, where contributions to lithography engineering and technical support helped enhance customer yields and maintain equipment. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from California State University - East Bay.
